Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (e.g. YouTube thumbnail templates) are non-refundable once downloaded
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will resolve it promptly.
