Shipping policy

1. Digital Products Digital products (templates, downloads) are delivered instantly via email after payment is confirmed. No shipping applies.
2. Processing Time Physical orders (apparel, art prints) are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- South Africa: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
4. Print-on-Demand Orders Some items are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. These may ship separately and delivery times may vary slightly.
5. Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
6. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. International orders may be subject to import duties.
